At Z Spine and Joint Center (Within Solimar Wellness Spa) becoming a new patient is easy. Generally, you do not need a referral to see us for chiropractic care. If you have previously seen another provider for your condition, it may be helpful to bring in any forms, tests, or imaging results in your possession or request them from the provider on your first visit. This will help us get a clearer picture of your condition. To schedule an appointment, simply call us at (651) 686-6686 (Solimar Wellness Spa in Eagan, MN). New patients should arrive 15 minutes early with insurance identification cards so we may verify patient benefits and complete necessary paperwork. If you would like your complimentary benefits verification done before the first visit, please call us at at (952) 491-0577 at least the day before with your insurance information so that we may have this information ready for you when you arrive. It can generally be helpful for you to call your insurance company directly before undergoing care additionally soyou understand if chiropractic care is covered under your specific plan.
